Shipping policy
Our greeting card orders are shipped with Canada Post, regular mail. Orders over $30 will be shipped with tracking.
Orders outside of Canada will be shipped with tracked UPS service.
We strive for a lead time of 10-14 business days to produce custom product and 3-5 business days to ship out pre-made merchandise.
If you do not receive your order within 30 business days of your purchase, please notify us so we can investigate with our shipping providers and correct the situation.
